CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE WEBSITE
Heineken were looking for a way to communicate their best practices for customer experience throughout their extensive UK based operations, in an intuitive but ultimately easy process. They challenged us to create an engaging learning process to consume this information and we did just that.
With a library of great footage of real colleagues interviews, we edited 4 videos that delivered the Heineken 'Do's and Don'ts' for Customer Experience, for content such as 'Customer Orientated Culture', 'Easy to do Business With' and 'Growing Together'.
The challenge was how to deliver this great video content; and the solution was an online digital platform. This allowed groups of Heineken colleagues to watch the video content together and then openly discuss key topics and share experiences after each video played. In order to complete their training, individuals would be sent a survey to complete at the end.
With a beautiful design and a slick and easy-to-use website, we’ve received very positive responses from clients and participants.
