Leadership and cascade EVents 2013
Having started the year with the Heineken "Evolve: Shaping Our Future" event, it was only fitting that 20/20 Productions would end the year with another Heineken Leadership event, this time with the theme "Evolve: Strategy to Action".
Transforming a part of the Heineken offices in London, we created a set to accommodate the attending employees. This consisted of twist stand systems placed around the room to display the event's thematic graphics and act as boundaries for the show space. A Viewlite set with a projector screen served as a stylish backdrop for the speakers, as they reviewed the past year and looked to the possibilities of the future. We continued to provide production and full technical support throughout the main event and the smaller-scale cascades that followed.
As our event production team was working away to prepare for the occasion, our creative teams were busy producing three films that would be used to punctuate the event and really bring all of the year's achievements to life.
The first film was an Event Opener to welcome the delegates and establish the new "Strategy to Action" principles. We were keen to create something distinct and quirky, based on the hand-drawn style of the event collateral, so we translated the graphical elements onto screen and delivered a unique film to kick-start the event.
Having established the course for the future, it was necessary to review the past. The second film was very appropriately named 'Achievements' and looked back at the many changes, successes and developments in both Heineken UK and the general industry in 2013. Featuring motion graphics, photos, video clips and an upbeat soundtrack, the film took the viewers through a year of innovations for their leading brands.
The third film was about a project we are very excited to be a part of, but as it is still continuing, we will shroud it in mystery for now by calling it "top-secret" and simply telling you to keep an eye out for future updates.
